Built at the beginning of the century by the architect Tony Garnier, it successively was a cattle market, an exhibition hall for Lyon’s International Fair, an armament factory...
Today, the Halle Tony Garnier is an adjustable hall that is used for various types of events: concerts, performances, congresses or sports events anf of course shows and fairs, such as the independant wine growers’ fair that has lately attracted 70,000 visitors... making it a well-known and appreciated venue in Lyon.
