The high point : The actors of fair trade present their strategic reviews

The two major neworks of fair trade in Europe, FLO (Fairtrade Labelling Organizations) and WFTO (World Fair Trade Organization), will present thier new strategic reviews for the following years during the Second European Fair Trade Fair.

The recent booming of fair trade shows it’s energy. In times of crisis, it seems fundemental to analyse it’s outlook.

This conference will undeniably be the highpoint of the European Fair Trade Fair and will enable the professionals of the sector to be better prepared for the future by discovering the orientations of these two major networks.

Themes: a professional and sharp program will talk about current events, concerning the daily practices of the actors.

The major themes this year are: . The European Union ; . Guarantees, regulations; . impact ; . environnement ; . Public aid for developpment, decentralized cooperation ; . Financial stakes . Textile and collective purchase ;

An innovative project: «The School of Fair Trades»
It will favor the understanding of fair trade in the economical and social current context, and will encourage, with participative workshops, the public’s reflexion (initiated or not) on the stakes of international trade.
